To Register for the 2013-2014 School Year:
All families are being asked to register on-line this year using the new Enroll Me portal from Gradelink. Families new to the school will be directed to an account set-up page, where they will create a username and password for their family. Returning families will be able to use their current username and passwords to access the registration pages for currently enrolled students. For families with both returning students, and students entering school for the first time (preschool and kindergarten), you will access the system as if you are new to the school and will register in that fashion.
Many of the traditional forms you would fill out and bring to the school have been recreated as web forms that you will simply fill out on line. Other forms you will be asked to download, print, fill out, and return to the school with your registration fee payment. The list on the right summarizes all forms needed to complete your child's / children's registration. Additional forms will be required for parents who wish to volunteer in the classroom and attend field trips.
Tuition and Registration Fees 2013-2014
Our Lady of Fatima School is offering a recruitment discount of 5% of your annual tuition if you refer a new family to the school. In order to be eligible for the discount, the new family must enroll their child/children in the school, and remain for the entire school year. The discount will be applied to your account in the spring towards your May/June tuition payments.
Tuition Assistance is available to any family with students in grades K-8 who qualify based upon demonstrated need on their tuition assistance application. Applications can be obtained in the school office or can be filled out online at www.fairapp.com.
Financial Aid Independent Review (FAIR) is an outside agency that determines financial need based upon information and documentation provided by the family during the application process. Based upon their calculations, parents may be awarded tuition assistance from the Diocese of Fresno tuition assistance program and/or the Our Lady of Fatima School tuition assistance fund. There is a limited amount of funds available in both programs. Therefore, priority is given to families who meet the initial filing deadline of April 15, as assistance is given on a first come first served basis. However, applications can be filed through the end of August.
Families receiving tuition assistance are required to be participating (Plan A) families, and remain responsible for registration fees, activity fees, and a portion of the annual tuition.
